Little Thinkers Surabaya students had their first In-House Learning Journey on Wednesday, 11 September 2019. Two dentists, drg. Budiono and drg. Handy visited the school to share about dental health and hygiene.  In the first session, Toddler Red students were accompanied by their parents to meet dentists. The parent listened to drg. Budiono about how to take care of their children’s teeth and how to teach children the way to brush teeth properly. The parents also asked questions about dental health and hygiene. Then, each student had his/her teeth checked by the dentists.

 In the second session, the students of Playgroup Blue, Pre-Kindergarten Brown and Kindergarten 1 Orange listened to drg. Handy on how to take care of their teeth.  He used a big stuffed shark when demonstrating how to brush teeth properly. Then, the students brushed their teeth and had their teeth checked. All were excited about the dentists’ visit and cooperative during the check-ups.
